1. Create an Amazon Receipt for a Black JBL Flip 3 speaker.
2. Log on to the JBL Live Chat. Explain that the speaker is not turning on and that Amazon has refused to replace your item, and told you to contact JBL.
3. Go through the troubleshooting, and explain that you had tried multiple chargers with no success.
4. When the rep asks, provide the information and the receipt.
Easy as that, you should be getting a tracking number within 48 hours for your replacement. They are going to send you a box with the replacement, however, you can simply use a fake name and throw this out, or explain to them that the replacement had never arrived to bypass this.
