My own personal computer was infected with a crypto clipper. I tried to look for a method on how to remove it but it seems that there are no solid guides on how to remove it.
All you will need to do is download the program from the thread below, it will find the file location of the program that is hijacking your clipboard. All you do from there is delete it.
If the program that is hijacking your clipboard is a windows program then you will need to do the following steps:
1. Open Windows Security
2. Navigate to virus and threat protection and click "Manage Settings" in Virus & Threat Protection Settings.
3. Scroll down to "Exclusions" and remove all the exclusions in the list.
4. Navigate back to the Virus & Threat Protection Tab and click on "scan options"
5. Run A Custom Scan in the same folder as the one with the crypto clipper
6. The Clipper should be detected by windows, all you will need to do is select "remove" in windows defender and restart your computer, the crypto clipper should be removed.
