I just tried Alienware and they literally wouldn't even budge. I even cried. I asked to get transferred to a supervisor and once I did, he didn't do anything either. They literally patched this. They were just mad and said that they required a picture of the serial number with the case number or the computer to be under my account or send it to them and even then the only thing they could do was just send a technician to my house. I legit had the name of the owner and zip of where the owner lived and the owner wouldn't give me any more details. I even said that I got it from craigslist and the seller wouldn't respond anymore. I also said I cut my finger on the computer and got blood all over it. I needed this for work for my company and they don't allow me to send out this computer because it has corporate secrets. I said I couldn't take the hard drives out because it is dangerous because it could break and I could lose more data. They still wouldn't budge. Please tell me if I did anything wrong and help me right my wrongs.
