How can I deal with false reputation and vouch?

Okay so this kid here just appeared from nowhere and false repped and vouched me, I swear to god I don't even have a single message between him and me.. This reputation and the vouch will really affect me if it didn't get removed asap.

I hope the staff respond quickly and remove them.

lol , worked my ass up till 400 likes , then some weirdo out of nowhere like boosted me , and then himself reported to the mods , could do nothing , my id was @Rahul192 , its perma banned now
