You cannot.
Your best bet is to avoid the whole confirmation. Because as soon as the confirmation is there all that can make it go away is to have access to the email. These confirmations usually happen because they noticed you logged in to a account from a different country or IP Address so they lock you out.
Your best bet would have been either reverse proxy to steal the IP from the actual owner of the Instagram account so the confirmation doesn't pop up. How ever this requires you to have the owner of the account ratted. Your second option is to get an IP that's as close as possible to the real IP from the account owner. If you've logged in without doing this and the account is asking for a confirmation then there isn't much you can do.
