How do I create an account with different region on Steam using VPN?

When i set obfuscated server I cannot choose Turkey. Looks like Nordvpn doesn't have obfuscated servers there. What should i do?

i use nord vpn too, maybe u dont find that. you have to open Settings -->  Advanced --> turn on "Obfuscated Server (OpenVPN)". Now when you return to connection page you can connect to Turkey server.

no need for obfuscated server, normal server will do just fine

in my case yout method it doesnt work. steam return me a location error so I found this solution. Maybe it's me who was wrong   :monkas:

simple set obfuscate server on nordvpn and connect to Turkey. To pay use only steam wallet because any credit card is detected and you cant pay with that.
in case that steam block you to change region, create a new account buy with that and share it with your main. i'm doing this method and work so well

I found the Turkey server, don't know why it didnt show up before.
Anyway, i still get the same error when I try to create anaccount.
I'm doing it on a fresh browser without anything saved on it (like caches, no web history saved) searched for steam for the first time connected to the turkey vpn and still got this error.

What I'm doing is quite simple but still can't figure out how can Steam detect me using the vpn. The same thing happens if I try to register from the program and not from the browser, doesn't change anything, the error is the same. Am I missing something?

@SioVer If possible I would like to create a Turkish account directly, but still cannot understand why I can't.

Try to create a new account from your country without using vpn and confirm accout using mail. Set vpn to turkey and login in steam using app. Now change store location from account detail using random information when request and submit your country change request. this should work
