Is it just me? When everything is going well, I have a tendency to believe that I am still doing poorly, but this is not the case.

I try to take a step back and reassess things from time to time, but I still get anxious a lot.

Get a globe. Spin it and hard stop it with a finger. Pack your bags and take a 10 solid vacation days. Then reassess, you can clearly see a difference.
