1. You can get access to a wallet, if you have the mnemonic word of the wallet. So, you can restore the wallet without any problem.

To crack a wallet you need a lot of luck and a lot of GPU (Graphic cards). If you finally cracked it, to use the wallet.dat you need to use this software https://bitcoin.org/en/download
