Hello ! How many refund is it safe to do like per one address.

Like make fresh account >refund> and forget about it
but each account change details so diff email, cc, change address a bit like 1 John street> 1a John st. 
etc..
How many is it possible to do without obviously getting into things..

how do you keep changing cc?
to answer your question i think it depends on the price of the refunded items, if its 1500+ it can get your address banned after 3-5 refunds.
if its under 1500 then you can do infinite imo.
