I need an intermediate between me and the internet that obfuscates traffic. I don't need to change my ip or anything. Just a simple local intermediate to keep the latency as it is.

From google: change how the data packets look, so the systems don't recognize VPN traffic — they let the packets pass.

1. Get a VPS. Ubuntu recommended.
2. Install OpenVPN and create a user file.
3. Install OpenVPN client on your device.
4. Enjoy.

Yeah. I had this idea as well, but renting a vps = high latency and cost/month. I just need a local script or something. I tried messing with the TAP adapter v9 of openvpn to do my thing and create c++ scripts to essentially make an application myself to do it, but its just a very big project.

Renting a vps is actually really cheap. You can try getting Mullvad VPN

I want to do this to enable voice chat in a game and renting a vps will increase my ping. I also might offer this app with for a subscription like turn it into a business. That's why I'm trying to create a concept anyone can install and use for a subscription fee.
