How to decrypt a ".pcwl" encrypted video file

Hey fellas,

Maybe there's a big brother in here that is familiar on this video file format that can help to decrypt it.
Its a chinese made video encryption, which oddly is very popular in there probably because no one has crack it yet.

I bought a photography and 3d tutorial in the wild and these are the stuff that I got:

It requires this damn player to watch the video so I can't watch it on my tablet and other devices and hence cannot share it to my colleagues as well.

I don't have any hands-on experience on cracking process and tools, so I hope a brother could help out.

I don't think that's possible. 
but if you buy an external recording device, it's probably possible.
but I'm not sure about that.
PCWL is a powerful Chinese programme.
It would be easier to just register wechat and use it to authorise to watch the video.
I did that and it works.
but the person verification is annoying, but it's fine!)
There's just one more problem
when you receive a video you have to send a code to access the video. 
and only then you can scan the QR code and start watching the video.
and you will need to have a permanent chat account because the programme can crash and also it is updated regularly and you will have to install it again)))).
