:D it helps immensely if you're already acquainted with digital painting, i hope explaining it in text won't be too confusing. First you want to cover up the clothes with the background (just the clothes you want to remove, obviously). If the drawing software you're using doesn't have a clone tool you can copypaste the background yourself, or trust in your inner artist and airbrush the clothes with the color/s of the background. If you accidentally cover up a limb in this process, like i first did with the creature's left hoof, you'll want to import the original to a layer above & keep the missing limb there. You can create a layer below the limb to paint the naked body and finally the cock (here i also advise you distribute the naked body and the cock to different layers- cock layer above), that's how I painted mine below that thing's hoof without having to worry about accidentally covering it up again. It depends on the image you're using so you can avoid the whole limb step altogether. Just add 2 layers above the original with the cloned background. THE NAKED BODY LAYER! AND THE COCK LAYER! To be honest i had a lineart and coloring layer for both the body and the cock which makes 4 layers rather than 2, but you can still group them into body and cock. My best tip for the painting part is observe the style of one piece and look up a penis from the angle you're drawing it. Wanna make it look accurate but not too realistic. I didn't do the best job replicating the style - added too much shadow, but it's whatever. Pretty obvious but use the eye dropper tool to pick the skin color, and just make the head of the cock slightly redder and darker. Or don't, I'm all for artistic liberty! But you have to add the cock veins! That's about it besides an unnecessary final step which is adding highlights just to make the screenshot look more polished and the whole edit more unified. Like the cock truly belongs.

I can screenshot how my layers look if you want HAVE FUN COCKING!!!
Like my shit you gays
