How to find someone to talk about hacking here?

Hey guys, I noticed it's pretty hard to have a conversation about hacking here which lasts more than a message or two.
Am I posting my threads on the wrong sessions or there's something I didn't get yet?
Is it possible to find someone to talk about hacking here and ask some advices?
