Now to be clear - this doesn't always work, it really depends on the target and what precautions they take.
It's obviously a known method however my twist of using it on Youtubers and Streamers isn't really used a lot.
Step 1.
Find their business or contact email address.
The best way to usually do this is head to their page such as Youtube and go their about - Pewdiepie as an example:
Then click to see their email.
https://www.youtube.com/user/PewDiePie/about
Step 2.
Create an email they can't refuse to reply to. Tell them a sob story - if it specifically says only business inquiries, offer them a brand deal or promotion for big bucks but make it realistic or look at similar youtubers/streamers and what their promotion is. Make it seem extremely realistic but also on the higher end of promotional deals.
Step 3.
When they email back - if they emailed it back from their home IP, you can now get their IP.
In GMAIL you can do the following. I haven't tested this in a while however and I think you do need to send from one email provider to another for it to work, such as outlook to gmail.
You can also try put a link in the email they will click of course to get their IP.
