What ways are there to get someones ipv4 address?
I have access to a kali linux machine and alot of knowledge.

check this website so basically its a type of a redirect link and they'll never know you have their ip. You can send this over social media but if I were you I'd do a bit of doxing then either send a spoofed message or email.
