There are multiple ways, the ones I can recommend:
2-3 grated nutmegs, add them to milk and drink - take about 2 days off afterwards :)
Second good way is Robitussin or any other anti-vough shit that contains DXM, in the case of Robitussin, drink about 2 whole bottles
(the amount depends on your body mass, so pls do some proper research before consuming)
