Prioritize Your Sleep:
- Ensure you get a sufficient amount of sleep, ideally around 8 to 8.5 hours.
- Without sleep you are nothing.
- Start worshipping your sleep.
- Aim to turn off the lights by 11 pm to allow melatonin to accumulate in your brain.
Focus on Nutrition and Supplementation:
- Consume a larger quantity of healthier foods.
- Remember, what you eat is what you run on.
- Cut out carbs, especially in the morning. Carbs make you feel sloppy.
Incorporate Regular Exercise:
- Exercise, It's the one thing that is proven to increase IQ.
Start Meditating:
- Meditating can be done in many ways - my way is religion.
