Some programs with a weak protection stores that info in your registry. But the newer ones usually store it on a server. If the program doesnt need to be connected to the internet in order to work, I would just block its connections via firewall. But if it needs internet, well, that would be a lil bit harder

If its stored on your PC just reinstall or delete cache files. If its stored on a server, you'll need to HWID spoof.
