I need some for my steam account to change my region.

And I know I could manage to do it with a guy who does it for me, but then, giftcards are "too much"  expensive, so I need a prepaid card to get around the real value of ARS.

I recommend you to change it to Turkey, also, be careful, they reverted me after 2 years, u need to use VPN for every transaction now.
