I get scammed by Admin (KZS aka Ali4526) (€37,03)

Hi recently I've been looking for methods to make money.
I came on this post of the site:
This method is basically reselling spotify upgrades on ebay.
You list an ebay listing selling lifetime spotify upgrades for like $14.99. People will see that its lifetime and buy it since it is much cheaper than the original price.
You can resell spotify upgrades from https://spotify-upgrades.co/ or other websites that offer spotify upgrades for cheap

So I decided to buy from the site htttps://spotify-upgrades.co/ where Ali4526 is owner of.
The upgrade tool from his site didnt work so I decided to contact him on Discord.
I asked for a refund, he said I had to spend another €37,03 on another BTC Address
Then I asked why he didnt refund me and then he straight up blocked me as you can see in the screenshots...
Me as poor guy is very confused and upset about this because he probally gets alot of money a month and I don't get it why he would scam as a owner of a huge website
Im not trying to get a chaos going or whatever I just want my money back (my mom is really pissed and tried to kick me out the house   )
He doesnt know wich impact he has on me...
