I need help with Mail Ranger 2!

So Im using Mail Ranger 2 and in the Searcher  whenever I get hits I click the save button (top corner right( 

When I open the file that has my hits its like bunch of text saying your email is this you been emailed this blah blah and I cant find my hits

Someone help lol how do i fix this!
This is the searcher (where my hits come the save button is right there top corner(

After I save my hits and open the file this is like what it says
