Does anyone know a good vcc service offered online that could be had easily by any country that it is eligible for instant withdrawal at paypal? I was using bank accounts linked to my paypal from wise, payoneer but my paypal accounts were kept being closed and I can't create any more accounts at wise, payoneer and now I think the only probable way for me to have new paypal accounts with being able to withdraw after each closure is vcc. I really need help with this, paypal disabled many of my accounts which had funds in it. I don't want to lose any funds anymore. Whatever card I entered in wasn't eligible for withdrawal. I tried to check this through paypal's forum but there isn't any information regarding which cards I can use or even with which banks' cards work with instant withdrawal.
