So i applied to work at a vet clinic and they're super hard to get hired by - I've had a phone interview and and in person interview and now a fucking work interview - while i was with them i told them i could research solutions to some of their major business problems - and take over their social media & website development -

I decided to start with their first business problem - flooding roof breaking through the ceilings in two different rooms -
  1. FIRST I spent a few hours researching landlord tenant rights only to realize that her business is under a commercial lease which falls under a different set of laws - gg wasted hours lol - but at least I realized it and didn't present some dumb solutions.
  2. After researching commercial lease almost entirely come from the lease agreement signed at the purchase - I had to research building codes for the city I'm in and discovered that their business is actually in violation of it - they're required to have a 2% slope that causes water to flow to a low point on the roof - at which point there is SUPPOSED to be a drain installed - UNLESS it's designed for water accumulation - which it isn't - so hence the building code violation - now resulting in major water damage -
  3. After that i researched lease agreements and figured out how people are deemed responsible for building code compliance and have elected to look at the lease agreement BEFORE I think about pulling that trigger - kind of like a back up plan
  4. If the land lord is responsible - we'll provide notice of the problem - ask him to fix it - if he decides not to - we'll fix it - now this is where I'm a little bit uncertain i have to call the department of permit and planning to verify whether or not we can fix the problem outright without their landlords involvement - y'know as long as we're using a licensed plumber - the work gets inspected by a building code enforcer and is up to code - HOWEVER if the landlord decides to be a cunt and not fix it - then decides to tell us we can't fix it - we'll be left with no recourse than to report the building code violation to the city i'm in at which point an inspector will come out and slap whoever is responsible for it with a notice to fix at which point if they fail to comply will be fined 10,000$ every day they fail to fix the problem - past the allotted timeline of the notice - which could either be my employer or the land lord based on the way the lease agreement delegates building code compliance responsibilities.
  5. BUT there is one more problem to consider which is that - that might NOT be the only building code violation - so if we call down a building code inspector - and we're compliant for all the building code violations and there are MANY we're not aware of - the financial slap in the face could be a business ender - which means im now going to have to go over the entire fucking building code document for all the major building codes and analyze the property myself to make sure that if we pull that trigger i won't be literally putting my employer out of business -
  6. I've considered other alternatives but right now they have installed pumps at the top on the roof which have failed to deal with the water accumulated at the low point of the roof by the rain - also i should say that there is a barrier at the end of the roof and it's relatively flat - in fact being considered for being used as an outdoor enclosure for the animals they take care of -
  7. Anyways i did some plumbing research and a viable solution to the problem appears to be a Syphonic Drainage system - designed to maximize water flow and my friend is actually brothers with someone who runs a popular plumbing company in the city - he asked his brother and he can handle the situation we're in!!! -
  8. So, now im just thinking to myself okay - how am i going to handle all of these variables to pull the trigger on the plumbing job and what's the extent of the damage - the financial toll it will take and who is responsible for paying it - and what city guidelines do we have to comply to during the plumbing work - and can the guy doing the work comply with those guideless and ensure we don't end up responsible for violations - that penalize us with fines and other legal consequences - for example the way the drainage system disposes of the water - where- how to avoid getting sued if the water falls on someone - where does the city want us to put the water and how - etc ...my guess is the drainage system - plus something at the bottom of it - designed to disperse or somehow mitigate the impact of large portions of water placed in that area - so as not to create a safety hazard for people walking over it - or being in the vicinity - and FINALLY how am i going to explain all of this to my employer in a way that makes me sound responsible and like i've got all of the bases covered.
oh and btw i figured all of this out with no prior experience in any of these fields in 1 day [Image: PepoThink.png]

BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE -

So i found all of their social media - analyzed the work of the person doing it down to the most major fundamental variables defining their work as adequate enough to be responsible for their social media duties - which i boiled down to product promotion
  1. holiday celebrations (with funny costumes)
  2. quirky moments (the animals playing around instead of doing their jobs - stealing snacks & sneaking play time with toys)
  3. business announcements via their animal mascot
  4. work videos showing the effectiveness of their abilities at servicing the animals (Salami 2)
  5. Then i researching like 50 cat puns to use in the descriptions for each post - some of them are pretty funny actually
So now i have most of the clay i need to form my sculptures :pepothink: but i think im missing something more

Then i gathered all of the hashtags for each type of moment - made a bunch of ideas for creative quirky moments - catalogued all of the upcoming holidays to use as post material - found all of their products & was to utilize them with the cats to promote the products
