This method is pretty short and a variation of others but it can get you a decent amount of followers.
1. Have a blank ig account ready
2. Swap it to a Charli damelio fanpage, add a pfp, change the username, make a bio.
3. Follow Charli and start to spam follow her fan pages, i recommend finding one and following it’s followers or following the people who like the fan pages content.
4. Make sure to keep consistent and follow as much as you can without going over the limit, you can make it to like 1-2K followers in a week or two.
5. Unfollow the pages
6. Enjoy your followers!, swap to a new type of page
