Infos about leeching ratio

Hi guys,

Is there a way to check your ratio in order to prevent any ban for leeching. I’m new here I checked into my Profil section but i found nothing about this... 
Any help ? Just to confirm what i read before in the rules of the forum : to not be considered as a leecher we have to post more content than we download but if we thanks the original poster to see all the content of the thread to know if we are really interested in it and we don’t download anything, does it count as a leeching malus ?

You need to contribute before to get benefits, also by leeching without giving likes and contribute, i don't think so if both but you'll be auto banned by @Leechometer

1:7 is the leeching ratio here. if u have member rank and u dont follow this u will get banned by @Leechometer automatically.
