Is it possible to hack into router to remove bandwidth Speed cap or Fup limit? I can pay if there is any method

FUP and Speed limits come from ISPs afaik. I am not sure if you can bypass that through routers.

I kinda guessed you meant for India. No bhai, there is no way to bypass that. Few years ago it was possible using openvpn configs but not anymore.
