I'm using Opera's built-in VPN, which isn't the most private or the safest VPN, but it does its job, and I also have an IP in common with 6 other members.
I don't think it's a problem, it's not against the site rules, and I can imagine people doing business on Cracked use one too.

You can enable it in the browser settings, it's free, and it has no bandwidth cap. You can also use all of Chrome's extensions by installing Install Chrome Extensions.
On the negative side, Opera's VPN keeps logs and is based in Canada, which is part of the Five Eyes Surveillance Alliance, meaning that it will share your information with some other countries.
I don't use Opera's VPN for privacy but to hide my real IP to avoid getting knocked offline. Overall, the browser takes less memory and disk space, so it runs smoothly for me.
