Issues with starkrdp, any recommendations?

Months ago my rdp stopped working with the windows built-in rdp tool, it was annoying but no biggie since I could still use their on-site NoVNC console

Guess what, thats not working now either lol, every time I use the console it simply shows this ( https://i.imgur.com/Sg1hTuG.png ) never loads and ends up crashing the entire site for me

Is anyone else experiencing this? What should I do?

I will not trust any rdp provider that uses a template as signature and is too incompetent to set up SSL on their webpage

The signature is old. the new site is https://warpservers.cloud

As for pricing, we have the latest gen ryzen 5950X for both US and EU. and we do not oversell under any circumstances. We have also been here for 2 years as well as we have top notch support as seen by our vouches in our thread.
