Additional Information: basically I brought spotify upgrade from them, and around a month or two ago most spotify family plans of the people using their service got kicked, I have been waiting for a while for them to restock but this message has been popping up for a long time, https://ibb.co/rbNh3GQ.
i can pm staff my entire list if they want and the emails (I brought some with their online store and some through tickets)
