Additional Information: This is my 3rd and last time opening a scam report against Santa, hopefully we can come to some some sort of agreement as their service has been horrendous so far. ONLY REASON I AM OPENING THIS SCAM REPORT is because it is literally the only way to get this users attention unfortunately, the user and I talked since the last report that I could replace my membership of something of equal value from the store. I have tried getting their attention in chat 3 times (1 time in the VIP chat),one time them saying they would check their DM but they never did. The reason I am so persistent is because I initially spent 1k$ on this users membership several months ago and all I got  was an invite to a chat that is barely active, nothing else that was advertised in the VIP membership I have been able to use yet. I have wasted time and money trying to do business with this user so all I am asking for is the 5 store method store list which costs the EXACT same as the membership, which also for some odd reason even says it includes all the return methods (Didn't see that until now).
