I have never used it before, but you could try using the OpenBulletCLI  (https://github.com/openbullet/openbullet...nBulletCLI), which is setup out of the box to ingest a loli file.  Honestly, when I get to the point of building a custom checker instead of using OpenBullet (GUI), it's because I don't want to use a loli config for checking credentials.
