Looking for a python dev for discord bots - requires experience with oauth2 (https://discord.com/developers/docs/topi...-resources)

BASICS OF WHAT IS HAS TO DO: 
Could you make a bot like this for me please? Python discord bot using oauth2 to add users to discord servers on demand
- createmessage (creates a message with link to the website which collects access token + refresh code)
- addmembers (number of members) - adds the number of members specified to the guild the command is being ran in

(BASIC HTML OR PHP PAGE WILL DO IT FOR WEB INTERFACE WHICH COLLECTS ACCESS/REFRESH TOKEN)
