This was created by Swift on a forum called v3rm or some bullshit like that, this website was created for a Roblox Seller who sold Robux for cheap.
I had gotten this a while back when I had managed to get into the web hosting they used, which got me the HTML for the webpage... the database was quickly made in like 20 seconds so you have to go through the code and create the database yourself!
FYI:
This is not malware, its fully open source and is not infected so dont be stupid and say its infected when its all unobfuscated code.
