Hello, I have recently been using this forum and just searching around in general to find a way to create a Telegram account anonymously, and now I have a solution which I will share with you all. Most posts I found on this forum including a question I asked only had responses with people suggesting anonymous SMS services without including info on how to register an account since this is only possible via a phone, and I don't trust using Windows as a host OS so Bluestacks and Nox weren't an option. If you spot any OpSec failures in the method, feel free to leave a comment and I will try to update it.
