Option 1:
- Hop on Amazon or Best Buy and purchase a pair of Airpods. (Gen 1, Gen 2, or PROs the version or payment method doesn't matter)
- Wait for your Airpods to arrive before you contact Support.
- Contact the support team a day or two after on either Live Chat or through Phone and tell them your package says it was delivered but it never arrived.
- They'll either look into it and contact you in the next few days or if the support is nice enough, they'll issue you a FULL refund on the spot.
- Within the next few days the refund will be processed into your original payment and you can flex with your new pair of Airpods.
- Hop on Amazon or Best Buy and purchase a pair of Airpods along with some other items. (I recommend adding in at LEAST 2 other items that are heavier than the Airpods)
- Wait a couple of days for your package to be delivered.
- Contact the support immediately after the package arrives on either Live Chat or through Phone and tell them your package was delivered but the Airpods weren't included in the package.
- They'll either issue your refund INSTANTLY, or they'll cross check with your carrier and contact you in a few days.
- They won't be able to say that the Airpods were in the package because they weigh so light, so they're bound to issue the refund for the "missing" Airpods.
- The money will be processed back into your original payment method, and you can enjoy your new Airpods!
- Hop on Amazon or Best Buy and purchase a pair of Airpods.
- Hop on a site that sells REPLICA Airpods and purchase a pair for cheap.
- Wait for BOTH packages to arrive but don't remove the plastic on the REPLICA pair as they'll only let you return a NEW pair of Airpods.
- Go to your order history, and select the order with the Airpods and request a return.
- They'll send you a shipping label to print out and then you'll replace the REAL Airpods with the REPLICAS.
- You'll get a FULL refund issued to the original payment method with no questions asked.
