How to get a free Samsung Galaxy Smart-Phone:
Step 1: Find an IMEI number and a Serial number of a phone.
Step 2: Call Samsung Support at 1-888-987-HELP
(You may be able to use Email or Live Chat for this, but I've found that calling works better)

Step 3: When they ask what the problem with your phone is, tell them that it simply will not turn on. You've tried two different batteries, different charging cables, different electrical
outlets, etc. You can try using a different problem if you'd like, such as overheating, or the screen not working, but in all the times I have done this, I've found that they are
much more likely to offer a replacement when the device will not turn on at all.
Step 4: They will then ask you if you would like to setup an RMA, where you ship your phone in to them, and they repair it, then send it back to you.
When they ask you this, accept their offer, and give them your email address, shipping info, and any other information they ask you for.
Step 5: When they send you the shipping label, use the label on an empty box, and do the BOX METHOD.
Step 6: Ship the box to them, and wait for them to respond to you via email or phone. If they do not contact you within a week, call them and ask what the status of your RMA is.
Step 7*: Sometimes when they contact you, they will tell you that they have received an empty box, and that your phone wasn't received. At this point, you should throw a huge fit.
Call them thieves, and complain that because of their defective product, they lost your phone. After throwing them a verbal beat-down, they will apologize profusely, and send
you out your replacement.
Step 8: Enjoy your free phone!
*NOTE: Step 7 does not always apply to the success of the method. All two times I've done this, they haven't even told me that they received an empty box.
They most likely don't even do anything with the phone you sent them, and will just send you your replacement once they see your package has shipped to them.
