Click Convert To Dorks 
Remove Duplicates
Save To Desktop
 
URL To Parameter Converter
Extracts The Parameters From A URL List
Example: Extracts out all the ID= , Cart= , Product=
And Then Save To Desktop And Import The Saved Parameters
To A Manual Dork Maker And Create Your Own HQ Dorks Using Those New Parameters
