Locked out of account, Missing 2FA

I've been on cracked.to for a while now, contributed content too. One day I went to login after clearing my browser cookies and I realised that cracked.to had been deleted off my google authenticator for some weird reason. I'm requesting to get 2FA disabled on my main account, Lukieboiz. I've paid for a lifetime upgrade and don't want to purchase another one when an issue like this could easily be resolved. I contacted KSZ 2 months ago, he replied once asking for details regarding my account which I provided and haven't heard anything back since. These are the details regarding my main account
