Looking for a similiar site design

I would like to have a similiar design like https://minesense.pub/ for my site.

It should maybe be a little bit more in the middle and clickable text that redirects to a .txt file or whatever. Also music/video in the background. But i could also do that myself i think.

Sadly, i got no funds at the moment so i would appreciate any tips you could give me to do this for free. And no, am not gonna host a minecraft site. I just like the design.
