Looking for advice from experienced c.io sellers

To those of you who have been selling on cracked for a while, any advice you could give? Been thinking of launching a few different products first. If you have any advice on e.x handling deal disputes, how to attract customers, etc, etc I would highly appreciate it.

The majority of the products I had in mind would likely be e-books. So if you have any advice on that specifically, lmk.
