For V1, he uses the Laravel CMS if V2 I haven't checked it. more interest in V2 if you can do it.

I'm very curious about V1 and V2, can you help me find who made the template/theme on the website? [Image: monkayes.gif]

No sorry I'm developer not investigator, get the frontend itself(style of the website) isn't hard so it would "only" require to implement the backend but I'm not in PHP personally so..

What programming language do you usually use or what can you do to duplicate v1/v2?
I would use Node.JS and so do the frontend in normal way using EJS engine(Express.JS) or Next.JS
