Just get a tracking number you got on a shipment to you, change a number and there you go.

Virtual goods dont need tracking number just mark them as order processed. PayPal cant figure out if its real product or virtual thats why its asking you for tracking number hope thats clear for you now

Paypal requires tracking to be delivered to the correct address for funds to be released. Dont listen to people saying u can use any random tracking
