I have 100$ for the following two things
I need a good website with animations and all files
And a on-site tool for netflix account delivery
They will get a serial key from their sellix id and when they enter the serial key it gives them a account and if they enter it again it should check if the login of the previous one is still working if so then it should not replace but if it isnt working then it should replace.
Also i want only one person to do both tasks if two different people do then they might ask for more money than 100$ in total
