@000z and me have a question about this and have been thinking about it for a long time.
Here in Portugal we have a totally legal app (from the government) that allows us to add a Portuguese card / bank and, through it, generate infinite valid VCC, we can even put money on them (to redeem several trials just of course)
Anyone can have access to the app but it is only for Portugal and you need a Portuguese bank and Portugal ID. My question was if I could sell VCC from it, since it is totally legal.
I can give any of cracked.to staff access to it if necessary or even share screen / video / screenshot of how it works, or i can just give the link for the website of it xd.
Its nothing related about carding / black hat. Portugal is a small country and at least, let me have fun with something that is made only for us, portuguese people :caty:
