So I did another dell SE and this time I used a fake name. (lol i used my gamertag) but I used my real address..kinda...I live in an apartment but I gave them an building number. There are many apartments among my building. I can instruct FedEx to just drop it outside of the front door to the building. Is this safe. Should I except emails from dell if I don't give them the "broken" monitor. Should I be worried legally. is it safe to ignore them?

Hey frostrich, I was in similar situation as you also with Dell. What I did and can recommend is to instruct them to leave it at the doorstep /entrance. You just claim someone else took if questions arise. :) boom free monitor
