So in the recent past my phone was destroyed and I could not login due to the fact that I lost my multifactor. I had to have staff reset my account which takes a while. Is there any way with multifactor to resolve this? If I get a new phone am i just locked out of my account until i can reach out to staff and go through the painful process of having one of them reset it?
