Method 1 (EB / Missing Items):
- Once it arrives contact them a few days after delivery and say something like: " Hi I only had a few of the items arrived" (then list the cheapest item) they will send you a form just fill it out.
- They will replace the items for you.
- Return them for a full refund or keep them.
Method 2 (Tampered):
- Once it arrives take a picture of the box with an open seal and say it looks to be already opened.
- They will replace the items for you.
- Return them for a full refund or keep them.
