[1] You need mail access combos, you can either get them from websites, or you can make combos yourself. (MAILRANGERS INBOX SEARCH FEATURE WORKS BEST WITH GERMAN, AND T-ONLINE.DE COMBOS)
[2] You are going to download a mail access checker, with inbox checker
download Mailranger 2 from here, and unzip it (its clean,if u dont trust me download it from google):

[3] Open the exe, give it a few seconds, after it has opened press "Search"(middle icon).
[4] Where you see the keywords, somewhere at the bottom, you will need to click the plus and type in "optifine" (without the " ofc) (you can type in other keywords as well)
[5] Load your mail access combo by pressing "Load hits" (if you want faster checking, you can sort the domains in ur combo,and only load the t-online ones)
[?] The checker is proxyless, you wont need proxies for this
[6] Put in how many threads you want to use (max is 200 )
[7] Click start and wait for hits.
[8] Once you get a hit, click on the email, and look for the LATEST email recieved from optifine, the last one is always the bottom one
[9] It's gonna say something like: bla bla you requested password request bla bla, AT THE LAST LINE, YOU ARE GONNA SEE THE USERNAME AND PASSWORD WHICH YOU WILL USE TO LOGIN AT OPTIFINE.NET
[10] After that, just change the cape to your account and ur done! (it will prob get moved to another username after 1 or 2 days, this is the downside of this method)
