Decided to make a multi webhook toolkit. This doesn't require proxies as it won't make a difference other than speed (proxyless is faster). When you're ratelimited its the webhook being ratelimited and not your IP.
Place your webhooks in webhooks.txt and do your thing! like would be appreciated.
