Need Filtering Hits Help, thanks

I generally use notepad++ to sort and filter my hits, is there anyway to check if there are multiple keywords, in any order, per line, all at once. 

So I need to filter hits with certain keywords at the end of my hits but they are in random order and I need four total keywords (captures) per line to have a good hit. 

Or any advice on other programs?
